Street Adab weaves tales into textile. We stitch stories to the hem and bind histories at the cuff. Our pieces bend geographies that appear fixed on a map.

Street Adab is a heartfelt initiative that seeks to celebrate "adab" through the lens of fashion and apparel. Its mission is to learn, create, and share clothing inspired by the richness of research, literature, poetry, songs, dance, and the many layers of human expression. Street Adab is an invitation to step into an immersive shopping experience where the clothes are more than fabric — they are a visual representation of learning, of the streets we walk, the books we read, the music we love, and the culture we cherish. Our first prototype is inspired by Urdu text used in early to mid 20th century advertisements. It brings these historical ads to life, creatively reimagining them to offer a glimpse into the fonts and history of South Asia.

We are very excited for our prototype titled ‘Ad & Adab’ and would like to share a part of it with you!
